2. Accuracy and reliability

Data on ImaginaMalta is sourced from public registries and updated regularly, but we make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or currency of any information provided. Registry data may be outdated, incomplete or contain errors.

Do not base business, legal, financial or other important decisions solely on data from this service. Always verify critical information directly with the relevant official authority — the Malta Business Registry (mbr.mt), Malta Tourism Authority (mta.com.mt) or other competent body.

3. Intellectual property

Editorial content on ImaginaMalta — including guides, locality descriptions, analyses and curated data — is the intellectual property of Brand House Dawid Ziobro and may not be reproduced, republished or distributed without prior written permission.

Data drawn from public registries (MBR, MTA, OpenStreetMap) is subject to the terms and licences of those respective sources. OpenStreetMap data is used under the Open Database Licence (ODbL).
